Post-Doctoral Research Manager

In my role as a Postdoctoral Research Manager at Southern University and A&M College Baton Rouge, USA, I lead projects focusing on integrating artificial intelligence and virtual reality to enhance computational thinking in additive manufacturing cybersecurity training. Responsibilities include creating broadband-accessible virtual reality software applications compatible with various platforms. Additionally, I design research methods to assess the impact of these applications on learning experiences.

As an intern at Amazon, I contributed to developing scalable risk management systems in the mechatronics and sustainable packaging team. I conducted thorough variability and sensitivity analyses on extensive historical business data, utilizing statistical and machine learning models. By leveraging artificial intelligence and data science techniques, I provided data-driven insights, facilitating informed decision-making and process enhancements. This experience honed my skills in AI, data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

During my graduate studies at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, USA, I focused on researching the effects of immersive technology on the development of computational thinking skills among engineering students. This involved presenting my findings at conferences such as ASEE, LAS, SITE, and ASME, as well as publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals like AACE, ICCSA, IJTD, and ASEE.

Senior Network and Security Engineer

In my role at EKO Electricity Distribution Company, Nigeria, I contributed to a team effort that successfully achieved 99.999% network availability and bolstered security by 60% through a comprehensive overhaul of our LAN infrastructure and the implementation of proactive network monitoring measures. At Staunton and Lycett Company, Nigeria, Led a cross-functional team in the design and deployment of a scalable digital communication network and IP surveillance system. Implemented efficient 2GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi planning strategies to ensure a remarkable uptime availability of 99.999%. Achieved a significant reduction in capital expenditures by 50% through the configuration of scalable virtual servers tailored for the software development team's needs.
